That experience gave him a deep understanding of how injury claims are developed, how insurance companies evaluate cases, and what it takes to move a case toward a meaningful recovery.
Luis earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law and his Bachelor of Science from Howard University. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2015.
